At Kelme, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned sports gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
